To expand our Operations team, we are looking for a Production Team Leader to work with colleagues to ensure productivity and quality on the production floor. What does the position entail?

Together with your team, you ensure that production runs smoothly and that your colleagues enjoy their work. You know how to motivate people and keep track of everything, even when things get busy.

  • Managing, supervising, and motivating production employees;
  • Assigning tasks and monitoring the schedule;
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene;
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process;
  • Actively contributing ideas for improvements in the workplace;
  • Collaborating with fellow team leaders and other departments;
  • Create a positive and pleasant work environment within your team.

What are we asking for?

As a Production Team Leader, you enjoy working with others, you like being on the shop floor, and you get a sense of fulfillment from mentoring people. You also have technical knowledge, insight, and skills.

You have a good overview, think practically, and know how to lead a team in a positive way. What else we’re looking for:

  • You have at least intermediate vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level (possession of a VAPRO diploma, or equivalent, is an advantage).
  • You are familiar with HACCP requirements.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
  • Living in the immediate vicinity of Cuijk.

  • A full-time job (40 hours) working three shifts;
  • A salary between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month, excluding shift differential;
  • Shift premiums of 24% for the afternoon shift and 50% for the night shift;
  • A non-contributory pension;
